We recruit volunteers throughout the year, so you can sign up for different types of opportunities that best fit your schedule. After completing our volunteer form, expect to hear back from us with further information and next steps!

Idea Reviewer

Idea review

Give feedback to student teams as they share their invention ideas early in the design process. 
Commitment Total: 3 hrs, asynchronous written feedback & one hour event hosted virtually

November, December, & March

 
Executive or professional speakers

Speaker or Judge

Demo Days

Lead a keynote or participate as a judge at one or more of our Demo Day events, where students will demo their products.
Commitment: 3-6 hrs, hosted virtually in May

 

Prototype Support

Tech Office hours

Provide tech support and guidance to student teams as they build working prototypes.
Commitment Total: 4-8 hours, multiple sessions, hosted virtually, Feb - April.

Pitch coaching

Coach student teams as they practice pitching their product to prepare for Demo Day events.
