Volunteer as a Career Guide

Each year, high school students join Project Invent and embark on a year-long journey to invent products for social good. In April, student teams will pitch their products in front of a panel of judges at Demo Day. As a Career Guide, you will share about your career and connect the students’ Project Invent experience with 21st Century career pathways.
Who should volunteer to be a Career Guide?
Do you want to help the next generation learn about potential career pathways and provide them with pointers on how to start exploring options? Join us for Spark Day, a virtual career event! This opportunity is for professionals with a variety of backgrounds such as basic business, design, software, product, engineering and more!
What will i do?
On February 5, 2022, you will meet virtually with small groups of high school students and share about your career and help them explore their interests. The time commitment is 1.5 hours. We’ll prepare you to meet with your teams by providing a brief training and resources.
